Specimens (54) of 10 penaeoid species [Aristeomorpha foliacea (Risso), Aristeus virilis (Bate), Pleisiopenaeus edwardsianus (Johnson), P. nitidus (Bernard), Funchalia (Funchalia) villosa (Bouvier), Parapenaeus fissurus (Bate), Panaeopsis balssi Ivanov et Hassan, Panaeus marginatus (Randall), Solenocera algoensis (Barnard) and Cryptopenaeus catherinae De Freitas] were identified. Of particular interest was the finding of pelagic juveniles of 2 species, F. (F.) villosa and P. marginatus.
