RASTROPHYLLUM gen. nov. [R. pinnatipartitum sp. nov., type species] is fully illustrated and described. The morphology, distribution and habitat of species of Ageratinastrum, Vernonia, Gutenbergia, Paurolepis, Erlangea and Bothriocline are presented. Also, 35 new combinations, species and subspecies of the above genera are reported.
