New fractions of non-histone proteins in spleen cells of mice immunized with various antigens

, : New fractions of non-histone proteins in spleen cells of mice immunized with various antigens. Bulletin de L'academie Polonaise des Sciences. Serie des Sciences Biologiques 25(4): 211-215

In immunized spleen cells, distinct fractions of NHP [non-histone protein], absent in control cells, appear. Some of these fractions may exert regulatory activity on gene expression, while the other represent only augmentation of normally occurring fractions, probably enzymes or factors participating in the transcription process.
