, : Protein accomplishment of rice and soybean pre digested with papain. Revista Agronomica del Noroeste Argentino 15(15): 359-368

Biological quality figures on net protein utilization, digestibility, biological value, protein value and protein efficiency ratio were evaluated by feeding rats rations containing protein from soybean predigested with papain, and mixtures of rice and predigested soybean.
