Replacement of plasma in rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus using a new y s bag system

, : Replacement of plasma in rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus using a new y s bag system. Terapevticheskii Arkhiv 54(6): 49-54

The advantages and possibilities of a new Y-S bag system used in the treatment of patients with rheumatic diseases and other immunological disorders were described. The efficacy of plasma replacement using the new system, which consisted of 4-500 ml double bags, in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and systemic lupus erythematosus was discussed. Plasma replacement normalized humoral and cellular immunity. The new manual system was convenient and safe, although it was more time-consuming than machine methods.
