Synthesis and anti heparin properties of quaternary ammonium salts of mono disperse conidine oligomers

, : Synthesis and anti heparin properties of quaternary ammonium salts of mono disperse conidine oligomers. Khimiko-Farmatsevticheskii Zhurnal 16(10): 1211-1215

Quaternary ammonium salts of monodisperse conidine oligomers of varying molecular weight and chemical structure were synthesized by modification of monodisperse conidine oligomers, based on the quaternization reaction. The link between physicochemical and biological properties was studied. Antiheparin activity and toxicity were observed in random-bred mice. Heparin-neutralization ability was determined in vitro by spectrophotometry and in vivo in rabbits. The compounds possessed antiheparin activity.
