, : Systemic physiological effects in respiratory cardiosynchronization. Fiziologiya Cheloveka 13(5): 819-825

A device for automated cardiosynchronization of respiratory rhythm and phases was used in an experiment with men and women, age 16-35. The data obtained were evaluated from the viewpoint of the theory of functional systems. The use of the procedure of infrequent depended respiration whose frequency and phases were regulated by cardiac activity increased the effectiveness of the cardiorespiratory function in the healthy subjects.
