The activity of rat brain j and d forms of glycogen synthase under the effect of natural physiological stimulants and cyclic 3' 5' amp

, : The activity of rat brain j and d forms of glycogen synthase under the effect of natural physiological stimulants and cyclic 3' 5' amp. Biologicheskii Zhurnal Armenii 34(8): 801-806

Intracisternal injection of cAMP (15 min and 30 min before the experiments) to rats inhibits the activity of brain J-form glycogen synthase. Injection of cAMP to rats 30 min before the experiment with food stimulation increases the activity of J-form glycogen synthase in comparison with the enzyme activity of rats with the same functional conditions of the brain, but the injection of cAMP was 15 min before the experiment. Injection of cAMP (15 min before the experiment) to rats with conditioned food inhibition did not prevent the effect of this functional state.
