Analytical and sensorial changes in wines caused by summer pruning

, : Analytical and sensorial changes in wines caused by summer pruning. Mitteilungen Klosterneuburg 40(5): 191-195

Wines which were produced by microvinification from vines of wide space-high trellis-plants used in foliage regulation experiments were analyzed and evaluated sensorically. The results showed that alcohol contents, total and residual sugar in the wine increase with a more voluminous foliage, especially if exposed to the sunlight directly.
