, : Bronchopulmonary cancer cell types radiological tumor localization and endoscopic signs. Revista Argentina del Torax 52(2): 103-113

Histological features, localization and endoscopic findings from 503 patients with lung cancer are described; 448 were males and 55 were females. Among men epidermoid carcinoma was prevailing (37.95%) over adenocarcinoma (27.45%) and over small cell cancer (14.50%). Among women 55% were localized in right side and 45% in left side. Endoscopically, among men there were direct signs in 203 cases (46.90%) and indirect signs in 206 cases (47.55). Among women, indirect signs occurred in 25 (55.55%) and direct signs in 14 (31.10%).
