Fructose 1 6 biphosphatase gene expression in monocytes macrophages infection with hiv 1

, : Fructose 1 6 biphosphatase gene expression in monocytes macrophages infection with hiv 1. Travaux Scientifiques des Chercheurs du Service de Sante des Armees (12): 91-92

Human monocytes were isolated from the peripheral blood of healthy donors, cultured, and infected or not with HIV-1. The expression level of the 1-6 FBPase gene was investigated during monocyte differentiation, and in in vitro HIV-1 infected monocytes/macrophages.
