The pollen size variability of Cedrus atlantica has been studied according to the species repartition in Algeria. The size variations are highlighted by different statistical methods. They discriminate the population in sets overlapping with their geographical distribution according to a size gradient. This is in favor of "ectotypes" existence following different evolutioning path. Any influence of climatic conditions on pollens size seems less probable.
