Gonadosomatic mosaicism for lethal mutations in drosophila lethals affecting larval development

, : Gonadosomatic mosaicism for lethal mutations in drosophila lethals affecting larval development. Genetika 24(5): 848-856

A phenogenetic analysis of autonomous lethals which were obtained by the method of gonadosomatic mosaicism and affect larval development was carried out. It showed that both the nuclei of hypoderm, salivary glands, supraoesophagus ganglion, pharynx, esophagus, hindgut cells, and those of imaginal-somatic cells originate from the same nucleus (from one of the first two nuclei).
