Gonioscopic and iris fluorescein angiography in central retinal vein occlusion

, : Gonioscopic and iris fluorescein angiography in central retinal vein occlusion. Cerrahpasa Tip Fakultesi Dergisi 22(3): 381-385

Gonioscopic evaluation and iris fluorescein angiography were performed to 26 eyes of 26 patients with central retinal vein occlusion. In early stages there were pupillary leakage, in long standing cases sector filling defects, leakage of iris vessels and abnormal vessels to see on iris fluorescein angiography. 2 eyes with minor iris changes had neovascularization on trabecular meshwork. This finding showed us that both examination were essential in anterior segment evaluation in central retinal vein occlusion.
