Impact of prolonged fertilizer application on the thermographic parameters of humic acids

, : Impact of prolonged fertilizer application on the thermographic parameters of humic acids. Pochvovedenie (6): 130-136

Preparations of humic and fulvic acids have been investigated thermographically for a number of soils-sod-podzolic, chernozems, chestnut soils, typical serozems and meadow-serozemic; all soils being fertilized for a long time (6-100 years) and in different way. Humic acids of different genetic types proved to differ considerably by the number of structural fragments and their resistance to thermic destruction. Fertilization brought about in all cases an increase of peripheric structures in humus acids molecules in proportion as compared to similar acids in non-fertilized soils.
