Studies on effect of crude drugs on enzyme activities screening of amylases in crude drugs

, : Studies on effect of crude drugs on enzyme activities screening of amylases in crude drugs. Shoyakugaku Zasshi 44(2): 131-134

The distribution of amylase in various plant crude drugs, particularly in stomach crude drugs, was investigated. The dextrinizing activity of amylase in crude drugs was measured by the modified Blue value method, and the saccharifying activity of amylase was determined by the Somogyi-Nelson method.
