A record of Stereum plicatulum from India

, : A record of Stereum plicatulum from India. Mycotaxon 51(0): 137-141

Stereum plicatulum Lloyd was known only from the type material for the last sixty years until it was collected by the present author in 1981 from India. Lloyd described this species based on the material collected by Prof. A. Yasuda in 1921 from Japan. It is the only description published so far but it is a very short morphological description. In the present paper detail morphological and anatomical characters of Stereum plicatulum has been provided based on the Indian collection made by the author.
