Effect of BCG-polysaccharides-nucleic acid fraction on Con A to IL-2 production of murine splenic cells

, : Effect of BCG-polysaccharides-nucleic acid fraction on Con A to IL-2 production of murine splenic cells. Hunan Yike Daxue Xuebao 17(3): 213-215

The capability of Con A to induce IL-2 secretion of LACA mice splenic cells could be enhanced by pretreatment of the mice with BCG-polysaccharides nucleic acid(PSN) for 3-6 times ip. Enhancement of IL-2 secretion of the above cells was even more marked, when these cells were treated with Con A together with PSN in vitro. The production of IL-2 of the LACA splenic cells was inhibited, when the mice were pretreated with heat-killed BCG. The conditions of the induction of IL-2 of LACA splenic cells were discussed.
