Effect of individual adaptive psychophysiological correction on work capacity in operators

, : Effect of individual adaptive psychophysiological correction on work capacity in operators. Fiziologiya Cheloveka 22(2): 112-117

The effect of automatized audiovisual psychophysiological correction on the functional state and work capacity was studied in operators during a long-term work shift. The correction was based on biofeedback carried out during different time intervals and based on respiration rate. It was found that the use of individually adapted psychophysiological correction every 4 hours of work facilitated arrest of the manifestation of fatigue and optimization of the psychophysiological mechanisms of the realization of activity with respect to the dynamics of some parameters.
