First study on vigilance on an operation-center aboard a frigate during sea-mission

, : First study on vigilance on an operation-center aboard a frigate during sea-mission. Travaux Scientifiques des Chercheurs du Service de Sante des Armees 0(14): 267-268

During a short tactical exercise aboard missile-launcher frigate, a continuous vigilance evaluation has been carried out, at three work-stations of the Operation-Center. This study has been performed through a continuous sound reaction time as second task during normal watch-duty at these work-stations and work-load self-evaluation at these places. Results evidence effects linked to work-station, due to both an individual factor and responsibility level of the work station.
