General pharmacology of Regavirumab preparation (TI-23): (1) Effects on central nervous, respiratory and circulatory systems and blood

, : General pharmacology of Regavirumab preparation (TI-23): (1) Effects on central nervous, respiratory and circulatory systems and blood. Pharmacometrics 48(4): 251-258

A human monoclonal antibody against cytomegalovirus (TI-23), was examined for effects on the central nervous, respiratory and circulatory systems, resistance to hemolysis, blood coagulation and fibrinolysis. Intravenous administration of 10, 30 or 100 mg/kg of TI-23 had no effect on the general behavior of mice. In rats, locomotor activity was slightly suppressed at 10 minutes after intravenous administration of 10 mg/kg and at 100 minutes after intravenous administration of 100 mg/kg.
