Immunohistochemical characteristic of regional lymph nodes in carcinoma

, : Immunohistochemical characteristic of regional lymph nodes in carcinoma. Kazanskii Meditsinskii Zhurnal 77(5): 354-356

The lymph nodes regional to various organs carcinoma are studied by immunohistochemical methods using monoclonic antibodies to CD-antigens. It is stated that in the course of metastatic spreading of the tumor the intensity of cellular immunity reactions decreases abruptly on retention of humoral immune reactions. The factors providing local immunity ineffectivity are revealed: 1) a decrease of the number of CD 1 (+) and CD 10 (+) of blast forms, predecessors of activated T-lymphocytes; 2) a blockade by humoral antibodies CD 20 (+) and antibodies producers of T-cellular cytotoxic effect; 3) a deficiency of CD 8 (+) of T-suppressors capable to oppress immunoglobulin products.
