The effect of gastrin and gastrin receptor antagonist on the expression of p53 protein in BGC-823 cell line

, : The effect of gastrin and gastrin receptor antagonist on the expression of p53 protein in BGC-823 cell line. Zhongguo Zhongliu Linchuang 25(3): 172-174, March

The effect of gastrin and L-365260 on human gastric carcinoma cell line BGC-823 with conjunction to the expression of mutated p53 protein was studied. The results indicate that p53 protein levels were markedly up-regulated in response to gastrin treatment, but it could be inhibited by L-365260.
