The synthesis of diterpenoid intermediates

, : The synthesis of diterpenoid intermediates. Tetrahedron 49(36): 8233-8240

Tricyclic cyclohexa-2,4-dienones and methylenecyclohexadienes which are potentially useful for diterpenoid synthesis have been prepared by cyclization of 1,3,5-hexatriene-1-ones and 1,2,4,6-heptatetraenes.
