Type B supersonic diagnostic observation on the action of 25 kinds of TCM on gallbladder movement

, : Type B supersonic diagnostic observation on the action of 25 kinds of TCM on gallbladder movement. Zhongguo Zhongyao Zazhi 20(12): 754-756, 764

Twenty-five kinds of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), which are often used in clinic to cure cholelithiasis, were studied for their actions on gallbladder movement in cholelithiasis patients by using a type B supersonic diagnostic set. The results show that among these 25 kinds 15 were of contracting type, 4 were of diastoling type and 6 were of contracting and diastoling type, thus providing useful experimental criteria for the clinical application of these TCM in cholelithiasis patients.
