Vitaminas. Alimentaria 38(326): 119-122

The effect of six vitamins on the multiplication in vitro was determined. The experiment was carried out in a totally randomised design with a factorial 26 experiment. The evaluated factors were thiamine, nicotinic acid, pyridoxine, myoinositol, glycine and calcium pantotenat. The results showed that the combination of two or more vitamins were more significative on the shoot length and on the multiplication rate than the independent treatment.
