The effect of different concentrations and carbon sources on the in vitro multiplication of yam indicators was evaluated. A bifactorial variance analysis for the statistical procedure and logaritmical transformation was utilized. The treatments were compared by orthogonal contrast for the sources and by orthogonal polinomy for the concentration. The statistical and consequential significance of results was analysed.
