Investigacion Agraria Produccion y Proteccion Vegetales 15(1-2): 143-150

A frequent practice with tomato crops grown in greenhouses in different regions of Argentina consists on lowering the plants when they reach a height that no longer allows an adequate handling of the cultivar. However, this descent of the plants can affect the interception of solar radiation by the canopy and consequently the crop yield.
