Efectos reciprocos en semiexoticos de maiz (Zea mays L.)

, : Efectos reciprocos en semiexoticos de maiz (Zea mays L.). Investigacion Agraria Produccion y Proteccion Vegetales 16(3): 417-428

This study examines the influence of reciprocal effects in a program aimed at the development of semiexotic hybrids using the exotic materials Across 8443 La Posta and Brazil 1792 Cateto, and the adapted inbreds B73 and Mo17. Direct and reciprocal full-sib families corresponding to each main crossing pattern were tested at three locations. Within each main crossing pattern, the linear model used allowed for location, block within location, family, and reciprocal effects.
