Efeito antagonico de algumas especies de plantas a Helicotylenchus multicinctus

, : Efeito antagonico de algumas especies de plantas a Helicotylenchus multicinctus. Nematologia Brasileira 24(2): 179-181

The antagonistic effect of Crotalaria spectabilis, C. juncea, Mucuna aterrima, M. nivea, rice (Oryza sativa 'Palha Murcha'), maize (Zea mays 'Centralmex') and cowpea (Vigna unguiculata 'CNC 0434') on Helicotylenchus multicintus was studied under greenhouse conditions. Among the plant species evaluated, rice, C. juncea and C. spectabilis were efficient, controlling the nematode and reducing their population in the soil.
