In the branch of the reproductive biotechnology, an effective protocol of activation parthenogenetic has great importance for the establishment of the technique of nuclear transfer (cloning). The objective of this paper was to evaluate the effect of the pulse of 1.4 KV/cm and after incubation with 6-DMAP on the activation of bovine oocytes.
