Aqueous plant extracts of Ruta graveolens, Artemisia verlotorum, Arctium lappa, Cymbopogon citratus, Tanacetum vulgare, Symphytum officinalis, Polygonum acre, Senna occidentalis, Mentha spp., Lantana camara, Artemisia absinthium, Malva silvestris, Ricinus communis, Momordica charantia, Ageratum conyzoides, and Achillea millefolium were tested for possible nematostatic and nematicidal properties against M. incognita juveniles.
