Effect of Omayt-57E pesticide on intestinal circulatory bed and tissues

, : Effect of Omayt-57E pesticide on intestinal circulatory bed and tissues. Uzbekiston Tibbiet Zhurnali (1-2): 124-125, January-April

Experiments were carried out on 130 adult rats. Pesticides were administered intragastrically during 90 days at a dose of 1 ml 1/100 (LD5O) per 100 g of weight. Inflammatory and destructive changes were observed in the first 30 days after poisoning in the form of diffuse and focal lymphoplasmocytic infiltration, enhancement of vascular permeability, appearance of extravasates, aggregations of cells, decrease of vascular density. During 30-60 day period the level of lymphocytic infiltration decreased, but destructive and dystrophic changes of the villi and crypts remained. In the following .60-90 days destructive and dystrophic changes progressed with presence of avascular zones and decrease of the lumen of capillaries and arterioles.
