, : Using sorbilen with storing fruit and vegetable and floral production. Izvestiya Timiryazevskoi Sel'skokhozyaistvennoi Akademii (2): 137-145, April-June

The results of investigating the effect of sorbilen on conservation (index of actual natural loss) and quality of fruit and vegetable (cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes and grape) and floral production (cuts of roses and carnations) in storage are presented. In is shown that sorbilen restrains development of microbiological processes and accumulation of patulin mycotoxin in stored production, as well as favours better conservation of vitamin C and sugars in it.
