Evaluation therapeutique de l'administration intra-cochleaire de methylprednisolone apres traumatisme sonore par bruit d'arme sur modele animal

, : Evaluation therapeutique de l'administration intra-cochleaire de methylprednisolone apres traumatisme sonore par bruit d'arme sur modele animal. Medecine et Armees 34(1): 11-14

The auditory function in guinea pigs was evaluated over a 14-day recovery period after they were submitted to a firearm impulse noise. For each animal, one of the cochlea was perfused during seven days with methylprednisolone, whereas the other cochlea was considered as control. Preliminary, the concentration of methylprednisolone was determinated in order to be maximal without auditory effect.
