, : The immune system in severe liver insufficiency. Uzbekiston Tibbiet Zhurnali (1-2): 216-219

Liver failure in rats after ligation of the common bile duct was accompanied by a decrease in the number of T-lymphocyte pool: CD3+ cells, helpers/inductors - CD4+, T-supressors/cytotoxic lymphocytes - CD8+ and phagocytic activity of neutrophils. The content of natural killers - CD16+ lymphocytes, B-lymphocytes - CD20+ and the level of circulating immune complexes was significantly increased.
