The immunosuppressive activity of bone marrow cells in mice observed in immediate hypersensitivity

, : The immunosuppressive activity of bone marrow cells in mice observed in immediate hypersensitivity. Immunologiya 25(4): 213-215

It was shown by the model of the immediate hypersensitivity reaction caused in BALB mice with ovalbumin that inadherent cells of the bone marrow suppressed, to a greater extent versus the cells of intact animals, proliferation of splenic T-lymphocytes both in intact animals and in mice with immediate hypersensitivity. The production of nitric oxide by inadherent cells of the bone marrow was also increasing in experimental animals.
