, : Review of the infectious causes of abortion in Mediterranean buffalo. Large Animal Review 12(6): 25-29

The organisms that cause abortions in buffaloes and the microbiological methods for their diagnosis are presented, including Brucella spp., Arcanobacterium pyogenes, Chlamydophila spp., Coxiella burnetii, Bacillus licheniformis, Escherichia coli, Leptospira spp., bubaline herpesvirus-1 (BuHV-1) and bovine viral diarrhoea virus.
