, : An Order declaring the Government of Astrachan and the province of Uralsk to be free from Phylloxera. Bulletin of the Central Board of Land Administration and Agriculture, St. Petersburg., June 14th. 22, 544

An Order of the President of the Central Board of Land Administration and Agriculture declares the government of Astrachan and the province of Uralsk to be free from Phylloxera and prohibits the importation of vine-plants, or any parts of them, into these localities from other vine-growing districts of Russia or from abroad.
