This book contains 14 selected papers presented at the workshop on consumer behaviour and distribution in the e-grocery sector. The book focuses on two themes. The first theme addresses consumer behaviour issues. Questions as to how the consumer assess the advantages and disadvantages of the offline versus the online store are relevant. The second theme focuses on business strategies related to e-grocers. There are 7 chapters (chapters 1 to 7) under the first theme.
