Strawberry root rot


, : Strawberry root rot. Ann Rept East Mailing Res Sta 1933: 154-155

Root rot was found in many strawberry fields in Britain. Isolations from strawberry roots gave rise to many fungi, the most common being Coniothyrium, Hainesia, Ramularia, and Fusarium; of these a Coniothyrium sp. proved to be an active parasite and a Ramularia sp. a less active one.
