As from 15th October 1925, all consignments of potatoes destined for Switzerland from Denmark, Germany, Holland, Poland, Czechoslovakia, and the French Department Haut-Rhin, must be accompanied by a duly authenticated certificate from the phytopathological service of the country of origin, containing, besides other requisite particulars, (he statement that wart disease (Synchytrium endooioticum) has not been observed within a radius of at least 5 km. from the place of cultivation.
