This paper is a very complete review of previous investigations on the relationship between the thymus and reproduction. The matter is discussed under the following headings: -thymus weight during various phases of sexual life; the effect of extirpation of the testes and ovaries on the thymus; the effect of thymectomy on the sex glands; the effect of the administration of thymus substance on the gonads; and the effect of adult gonads or blood serum on the thymus.
