Transpiration of permanent plants of the cerrados

, : Transpiration of permanent plants of the cerrados. Bol. Fac. Fil. S. Paulo. 41: 161-224

The vegetation of a " campo cerrado ", or savannah with scattered trees, was studied. The locality (Emas, near Pirassununga, State of Sao Paulo) is at 575 m. and is characterized by a winter dry season. Temperature, relative humidity and evaporation during the experiment periods are given in graphs.
