Anonymous, 1929: U.P.A.S.I. Tea Specialist's Reports. The control of root diseases of the Tea plant. Planters' Chron, 24: 28, 601-608
This is a general discussion, written in popular language, of the chief soil conditions that favour the occurrence of fungi responsible for root diseases of tea (e. g., Rosellinia and Poria spp.), and of the measures best adapted for their control. The contributory factors are examined under the headings: effect of soil acidity, of shade, of drainage, and of temporary abandonment of tea on infected areas.
