A general account is given of the symptoms and findings P.M. of salmonellosis in pigs as seen in New South Wales. It is considered that the healthy carrier is responsible for most outbreaks which frequently occur after the introduction of purchased pigs. The disease varies in nature from peracute to chronic forms.
