, : Streptococcus zooepidemicus infection of sheep in Persia. Bull. Acad. vet. Fr, 26: 145-148

An account of an outbreak of Str. zooepidemicus infection in lambs and adult sheep, this being stated to be the first report of an epizootic caused by that organism in sheep. Mortality was 70-90% in lambs and 40-60% in adults. Details were given of the bacteriological diagnosis. Penicillin treatment proved to be highly effective.
