Biological effect of ionizing radiation on plants.

, : Biological effect of ionizing radiation on plants.. Agrobiologija (Agrobiology). 1, 82-85

Xj plants raised from the seed of 28-chromosome wheats, which had been treated with different doses of gamma rays, showed the usual depressive effects, sterility and various forms of chlorophyll deficiency. A few plants formed double ears. Differences were observed in X2 depending on whether the plants were sown as spring or winter crops.
