The highest inorganic nutrient content was found in the leaves, and inorganic nutrients were higher in young shoots than in old, except in the case of Ca which was higher in the older shoots. Total amounts of each element, in the whole vine, reached a peak when the berries matured at the end of September. The highest rate of absorption of N, P and Mg occurred from May to July.
