Reaction of peasant farmholdings to price fluctuation

, : Reaction of peasant farmholdings to price fluctuation. Ekonomista. Warszawa, 13-23

The author analyses the theory of balance in enterprises as applied to peasant farmhoidings. He examines the difference in reaction to the drop in prices of peasant and capitalistic farmholdings, and the theory of 'anticonjunctural' reaction of 'family' farmholdings. He finally comes to the conclusion, that the possibilities of reaction are, generally speaking, more limited in agriculture than in industry, and the degree of reaction is related to the degree of connection with the market.
